The entire place is clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and kind. Stepping inside was like leaving “the rat race” and slipping into a world that exists to take care of me.My lower back and shoulders were very tight from sitting at a computer all day. The therapist was competent and took care of my ailments with a smile. I left Shangri La feeling much better than when I first walked in. I’ll be back.
