About 2 years ago, Sevier Climate Control installed the HVAC system they recommended for my home. Their recommendation was spot-on and I have been completely satisfied (thrilled, actually) with the unit and their service. The day of installation went smoothly. The team was professional, respectful of my home, and did a great job cleaning up once the install was complete. Sevier kept me up to date at every point, from scheduling the install to follow up. And there were no delays or rescheduling, which means a lot for scheduling time off to be at home.

I've used Sevier for a long time - my current AC units were installed by them when the original builders units had run their expected life. I will admit that there was period when they were going through some management changes and responsiveness wasn't great. But my experience with them this past year has been solid. This most recent service was excellent. I called to report an issue on Sunday and received a call from dispatch Monday morning. Jeremiah was able to come out that same day and quickly isolated the issue based on a plugged drain line - which was resolved quickly and with no mess. Robert (service tech) was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He addressed the issues and explained the situation as he worked. He left the home clean and the A/C in good working order. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
