I have been going to Rayford Modern for at least 10 yrs. This pass visit the Dentist was rude and talked down to me. I tried explaining somethings to the dentist and was met with I know better than you. I tried expressing my concerns to the Hygienist and was met with, the dentist is right and we go by what she said. My insurance always pay for teeth Cleaning, but now I am being charged for it. When I questioned it, was told the ladies up front will look into it. The hygienist told the lady at the front desk my concerns.
