I had my iPhone 11 unlocked at this location twice now and it constantly keeps locking back to the original carrier. I need this fixed or I can't use my device.

Very friendly and reasonably priced. Repaired my phone quickly and even helped out with making sure the case on my phone would not damage it! Definitely saved me from buying a whole new phone! I would recommend this place for phone repairs!

Do not do business here.Sort the reviews by "newest" to see I'm not the only one. apparently this guy *used to* do good work.1. Only takes social payments, not credit card. Convenient since those won't do chargebacks when he scams you.2. There won't be an account, or a receipt that he has your device. He'll write your name on a sticky note and say he'll call you. He never will. Next time you go back he'll write down your number again.3. He will give repeated excuses why the work isn't done. "It's at my buddy's house" "I had it right here, maybe I took it home"4. he will pretend he got it fixed, but found another problem that you'll also need to pay for.5. Look at all the dismantled phones scattered haphazardly around the desk area. I've seen the lack of care for your delicate electronics as he looked through them.6. Says he "left it right here on the desk" and "a customer must have stolen it"7. says it'll be 3 days. It's been over 8 weeks. Said "I ordered another one online, I'll call you when it gets here"Go elsewhere.

Do Not Bring your devices to this guyPlease save yourself a headache.He has not costumer service skills, he always looks like he is upset.I took my daughters I pad to get it repaired. It was supposed to take a couple of days, well 3 weeks later my iPad still not charging, he never called me to give me any updates, I had to call him several times to see what was going on , he always had an excuse as why he was taking so long.Today I finally picked up my I pad after 3 weeks an it’s still not charging ?Very disappointed.

I definitely wouldn’t tell nobody to go there and get a phone fixed I bought him my phone and the screen was messed up, he fixed the screen and called me to say the touch screen was not working which I don’t understand it was working when I bought it then he said he would charge 145 and he wanted to charged another 40 to fixed the touch screen, than we get ready to pay he tells me that his credit card machine not working and if I have cash app, Venmo or Zelle like not everybody have that so I wouldn’t recommend that anybody go there

Don’t recommend anyone going to this store. They took $295 from me to repair my receiver and now are avoiding my text messages. It’s been over 4 months now.11/24 - another two has passed and they still haven’t refunded my money or the device. I am not sure how such crooks are in business.Please don’t visit this store they will steal your hard earned money.

Was given three different prices before settling on his original total. The phone is fixed, but I wouldn't trust this place.

ABSOLUTELY DONT RECOMMEND. took my Apple Watch to get fixed in May and got it back and my screen didn’t work. I couldn’t tap on it and it blacks out for days. Its was such a bad job done there was plastic coming out the sides from the inside. Paid $200 to get it fixed just for it to not work. definitely don’t recommend.

Fix my iPhone 12 Pro. It was overheating. They diagnosed and fixed it quickly. Will update review after I have tested it after few weeks…..

I still haven’t received my full refund and I’ve waited way to long now. This is so ridiculous. And for your failure of answering the phone is so ridiculous. MorganThis place refused to give me my refund and failed to unlock my phone. And refuse to answer my phone calls.. p.s do not use this place. It’s a scam and they are frauds.
