Chem Dry was great! It started with Brenda at the office. She was receptive, answered my questions and got me on the schedule quickly. The technicians showed up promptly and were very professional. They were both easy to a talk to and explained their process. All was itemized with pricing and reviewed prior to cleaning. Both Kyle and his helper did a fabulous job! Cleaned couches, carpet stains and upholstered headboard all within a few hours. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend to anyone!

Chem Dry did a wonderful fob cleaning my carpets and rugs. But just as importantly they were very prompt, snowing up exactly on time, we're polite and did not leave my house in disarray. I had a rug in living room that was originally grassy and white and had discolored to light yellow and gray. I had them clean it as a lady try before I got a new one, and it came out perfect - looks brand new!
