The staff greets everyone that walks in and tells everyone to have a great day/evening when they walk out.I have attended several classes here. The trainer is great. She works out with the class,explains how to do each exercise,etc.I look forward to the classes.They motivate me to keep going. I have the black card membership so I am able to enjoy the total body,tanning,massage chairs and the hydro-massage. Here is a picture of me enjoying the hydro-massage.

I give this location five stars, based on the outstanding and proactive customer service I received from an employee by the name of Tara. It's not common at some places these days, where interpersonal skills and a personable attitude are presented by employees. However, Tara went above and beyond to show me this locations spa. I had asked a question about one of the spa amenities, and she gladly took the time to show me around, and it was so nice not to feel like I was a bother at the time of night it was. I usually see equipment around the cables, but not when Julian is working. he's always making sure the floor is clean and equipment is ready for the next person. he makes the experience here much better.
