I had a broken Moen faucet, and went to Lowes to find parts. Pete overheard me telling the Lowes clerk about the issue I was having and he informed me that Moen would send me the replacement parts for free within about a week if I could wait. I had a plumber coming out that day, so Pete helped me to buy the proper parts I would need. The plumber came out and basically confirmed everything Pete said but told me I would have the part within a day or two and rescheduled for the appointment. Pete truly cares about the quality of work he provides to his customers. He is prompt with responding to text messages, provides recommendations, follows through with his work, and actually follows-up to check if customers are satisfied. I highly recommend Pete’s service.

Pete is my landlord’s repairman; I have used him for minor (front door peephole) & major (downstairs flooding from upstairs toilet) repairs. He is prompt, on time, courteous, & knows a lot of helpers from carpet to ceiling sheet rock. I recommend him & would use him for repairs on my own home!!!
