“I have had a very positive experience with CoverAll Pests, the designated pest control co. for the apartment complex where I am a resident. Every technician is very knowledgeable and professional and answers any questions I have. They explain what they are doing and why. The apartment manager emailed saying that residents of this complex can go to CoverAll's website and select the Tenant Service Request to schedule service. I was impressed with how easy the process is and how quickly I received an email with the date that my service was scheduled. The treatments are very effective. Of course, with any multifamily building, pest control is most effective when all tenants are pro-active with scheduling regular service and with properly disposing of trash and garbage and practicing general cleanliness of their apartment.“

“A few years back we had house guests who brought in uninvited house guests in the form of bedbugs. Through the exterminating company we were introduced Steri-Fab insecticide to take care of smaller areas of infestation. This is safe to use around your animals and the elderly, so perfect to use around the house. Fast forward to the present, and we have a meal worm farm which in the beginning produced not only worms but Bran Mites which take the food source away from the worms. Using Steri-Fab in conjunction with baby wipes I was able to eradicate the bran mite situation. I will continue to use this in my house for future unwanted guests. This is a GREAT product!“
