This company is not to trust. They were hired by our home insurance company. I don’t know if it was a miscommunication between them but I do know they charged almost $400 just to come out and treat mosquitos. Their tech. also wanted to charge me almost $200 to spray the outside when the insurance company had told them to spray for both inside and out(I have proof). The technician was also over two hours late from the scheduled time. The quality of service, the professionalism and workmanship we've received exceeds the 5 stars. I want to specifically call out our technician, James, who deserves special recognition for his customer service. He is a big reason we are so happy with Campbell's.
Had Campbells come out to fix a pool water pump. They were honest with me and they dealt fairly with me and the warranty company. While they were out on a call, they fixed another issue I had with my pool. They do great work and are honest...which is in short supply now days.
