Working on our 2016 mini Cooper, replacing the thermostat housing, it was found that BMW and MINI change designs & parts mid year. The ordered part was incorrect, Northside Motors ordered the correct part, had it express shipped in and installed it, NOT CHARGINGand for all the extra fees! Northside Motors is honorable & I have recommended many people to go to Northside Motors and will continue to do so.
Moe is the man to see at this shop. Went in for an oil change only, but once I saw his professionalism, I just had them fix a power steering leak and my front brakes. I'm 100% now and will be coming back for all my needs. Very trustworthy!
This was my first service with Northside Automotive.
Work was done promptly , at an extremely fair price, and all communications were clear and thorough.
For 38 years in the Houston area I’ve looked for this level of professionalism from an auto shop, and I’ve finally found it.
Because it is a small shop in an older building, it might be easy to drive past them; I’m glad I tried them .
