I had my very first vision exam at Neighborhood Eye Doctors, and I can’t recommend Dr. Michelle Pham and her team enough! The customer service was exceptional, truly providing a white-glove experience.
They were knowledgeable and kind, making the entire process simple, which I greatly appreciated as a first-timer. I’m looking forward to my next visit! Five stars all the way!
Dr. Pham's office is awesome. Her receptionist was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. And Dr. Pham was attentive, engaging, quick, and efficient. I was so sad after my eye doctor passed away, so I'm happy to have found a new doc. Oh and they have a nespresso machine and snacks; I'm sold lol.
Dr. Pham is truly amazing. Her bedside manners were professional. She doesn’t treat any of her patients as a “patient”. She makes them feel comfortable and explains everything in a way you are able to understand what is going on.
