Professional staff and most of the time they do a great job. There have been a few times where they have missed areas which is sometimes ok except when they totally miss around the toilets. This last time they did it again, it looks as though they didn’t sweep or mop around the toilet area. Other than that they do great work and the ladies are always so nice and considerate.

Staff is great. Cleaning is hit or miss. Quite a few times complete bookcase shelves have not been dusted. Most times the top bookcase shelves are not dusted.I have called and they offer, and have, come back for a reclean. Sometimes they don’t get all the way under the bed.Service: Standard cleaning

I love Merry Maids responsiveness & price point.I do wish there was more attention to detail in the main spaces like the kitchen & living room. Sometimes things are brushed over, but the dispatcher is super helpful when I need to give that feedback. They ensure to let the crew know to address the issue.We have been satisfied with our services!Thank you!
