I don't even know where to begin, but Trent did an absolute AMAZING job. I needed a combination of deep/medium pressure, and with a little guidance in the beginning he knocked my session out of the park. I have had many a massage in my day, but this one is the best. If Trent ever leaves Massage Envy he has a loyal customer that's going to follow.

It's exactly what it advertises itself to be. My biggest complaint is that my masseuse can cancel on me all the way up to my appointment time and there's nothing to be done about it but if I cancel the day of because I've fallen sick or something comes up then I'm responsible for half the cost of the appointment.
