Megan has a soft voice that puts you at ease as she explains through out the whole facial what she is doing and why. She doesn’t push you to buy products but make suggestions instead. I have been satisfied with products she suggests.

I've been going to the Imperial Oaks location since they opened and overall have had an excellent experience. The establishment is clean and everyone is very professional. The therapist listen and address all your concerns. I do believe they have an opportunity to allow the therapist control the music within the room. As I wear ear buds to listen to my own music. Special call out to Nicol as she is awesome. Hope the callout doesn't make it harder to get an appointment.

I highly recommend Kristopher! He is extremely knowledgeable about the muscles and how everything in the body works together. His deep tissue work is amazing, and he is very thorough and thoughtful in his approach. As a woman, I really appreciate how comfortable and at ease he makes me feel. He is professional, respectful, and genuinely listens to what you’re experiencing. I always feel like I’m in good hands when I see Kristopher!
