“My son who is now eight has been coming to this dojo for one year. Before choosing, we’ve tried out a class, in almost every existing studio in the Kuykendahl/Louetta Spring area. We need it down to two, but ultimately Ultimate Warrior because I came highly recommended by a trusted friend, and I agreed with the methodology of its owner Jake and his staff. They are firm and nurturing, disciplined, yet still fun. Other successful places in the area wasn’t a great fit as they felt more industrial and performed for appearances than what I had in mind.I ultimately chose ultimate warrior for my son, because he has fun while learning to protect himself at a very natural pace. Further, because my son is clumsy… They also work on “how to” fall effectively. After just one of these classes, my son was riding horse riding and was bucked off the rear from about 6 foot off the ground. As he fell, he automatically went into a forward fall position and saved his face and glasses from hitting the ground. Needless to say, after seeing this, I am sold that the methods taught here are effective and strategies used for learning these skills are something that kids can relate to easily.An added bonus is that Jake must have a radar that draws in good people. All the parents I’ve met here have been really kind and so are the students and coaches.“

“Dropped in while on a business trip in Spring. I reached out ahead of time to confirm the schedule and make sure they allowed drop ins. Caleb was very communicative and responded in a timely manner. He answered all of my questions.Dropping in to an unfamiliar gym can be very scary, especially when you’re just looking to get some chill, fun rolls in. My experience here was great. The training was very good. My partner, Josh was very welcoming and d did a great job of making me feel comfortable there. I hope to visit again soon. “If you are looking for real Karate training this is the place, there are many martial arts schools in the area that are named as karate and they just teach something totally different. But at this dojo, Sensei Dennis will ensure you will learn Karate the correct way, as well to be respectful, disciplined and at the same time enjoy the classes. I highly recommend this place!“

“I have trained under Master Park for many many years. He has taught me everything I've known since I started in 2000. He's been a great mentor, teacher, and friend to me, whom I look up to. As a kid growing up not having much role models or much guidance, Master Park has taught me a lot of discipline and became part of who I am today. There were a lot times my mom was unable to take me to tournements, so Master Park always made the effort to take me to these tournements and to let me compete. For that, I am always grateful to him for helping my family and I. I can also say my fighting techniques has definitely improved over the years where my reaction time more than doubled and control of power is far greater. Compared to Judo which I learned prior, tae Kwon do is far more fast paced and endurance levels are tested. I thoroughly enjoyed being under the tutelage of Master Park, and I highly recommend anyone who's interested.“
