First time at this location because I moved to Tomball recently. Staff were friendly and informative. The thing I liked the most is that they only told me what was necessary in addition to getting my oil change and inspection. Other locations tend to bring out a PowerPoint presentation and tell you 10+ things need to be fixed and they are readily available to do it at that moment. Quick and easy. Will definitely return.
I’ve completed my state-required vehicle inspections at Jiffy Lube several times, and I’ve always had a great experience. The service is fast, efficient, and the staff is friendly and professional.
