We were very happy with all aspects of working with JD Precision Plumbing Service from our initial phone call to the finished job. An underground leak from our water well to our house had lowered the water pressure in the house. This was the third time this fitting had leaked. We called Monday morning around 11 am. A very courteous and helpful person (sorry, can't remember name) answered the phone, quickly understood what we needed and set up an appointment for between 12 and 4.
Austin arrived at our place sometime between 12:30 and 1 pm. He was very kind to our over-enthusiastic Labrador retriever. :)

Great experience with JD! From the initial call, the email with information about our tech and Steven the tech who took our urgent call on Sunday, it was all wonderful! Steven was very polite, assessed our damage quickly and very calmly walked us through what we would need and was very straightforward with us which I very much appreciated! He fixed our problem fast and was very clean! We would absolutely recommend JD and will use them again the next time we need a plumber!!
We have used JD plumbing several times. All the techs are professional, punctual, and do a great job. But I have to brag on Whun he goes above and beyond, and has the best eyes and a warming smile!
