There are not enough words to fully express my gratitude for Frank. I lost a baby in October 2024 and finally had the courage to get a memorial tattoo, and on a short notice, Frank was able to bring my idea to life - even better than what I had originally asked for. Jokingly I even said “wow. It came out more beautiful than I thought it would.” It truly did. Frank was uplifting in a time when I thought I was going to cry, patient with my requests and really took his time with every fine line and detail.
