I was thrilled. My screen was fixed in 15 minutes! I was able to pick up a few things at Walmart while I waited. Syed worked very fast and gave me excellent advice. If I ever need repairs of that nature again, I’ll be back!
I understand that everyone has different devices and expectations so this is my experience. I called to get a quick price quote on my broken iPhone 16 pro max screen (I have a 13 month old that loves throwing things). After reviewing a couple of options with me, I took my phone into the Walmart, where his store is located. Walked in, told him who I was, left him my phone and started walking around. By the time I walked towards the back of the store to pick out a new Tonie for my son's Tonie box and came back to the front to check out, my screen was already replaced. Malik was so kind and helpful. I dropped my phone and my phone screen stopped working. I called ahead and asked for the price and time frame of fixing a display screen. Right away he told me the diagnosis and he was so quick in repairing it! Will defff come back again for future repairs (:
