I’m so thankful for Dr. Hancock and staff! My daughter had a serious injury that an ER department completely ignored. I took her to Dr. Hancock the next day and immediately he knew something serious was wrong. He asked all the important questions and actually listened! He ordered her MIR and Victoria got us set up that night for her MIR. As suspected her injury was severe and Dr. Hancock made sure to get us into the orthopedic that same day. Victoria was so helpful getting the appointment set up and acted fast. Thanks to Dr. Hancock actually listening to his patients my daughter had surgery as soon as we could get her in. He didn’t blow off our concerns by telling us she seems fine. He listened. I’m so thankful that he got to the bottom of my daughter’s issue!

Shane is a real person who listens. My shoulder was locked up for a week. Went to dr got steroid shot. It worked for about 4 hours the next day. Walked in to hancocks and he pin pointed out my issue a very simple small adjustment and I walked out feeling much better. We also take our 3 young children since birth. Shane is a family man and a great chiropractor
