I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the servicel that was supposed to be provided by Michael Hammel. After paying for his service which his service was to shadow him and attain future inspector documents, after paying i was left without any of the promised assistances or support. Despite numerous attempts to contact him, i received little response to no response or acknowledgement. This lack of communication and failure to deliver service is highly unprofessional. Mike was heaven sent! I am at awe of the professionalism and dedication of Guiding Light. Mike is incredibly detailed and knowledgeable of his work. I am grateful for all his help and expertise. Mike is a man of his word and a caring heart. He's the man to call! I highly recommend Guiding Light for your home inspection needs!
