Scot was our technician this time and did a great job, as usual. He's friendly and thorough. We've been using Green Pest Guys for many years and I appreciate that their products are more earth friendly than other companies.

Mark and Jacob at Green pest guys are the best! I've received top notch customer service from both of these gentlemen. Whenever I have a question about something the turnaround time is pretty quick and most importantly they are cheerful with providing an answer. I have a little dog that I love dearly so I request that a call ahead be provided so I can make sure that she is situated and has gone potty before their arrival to treat our yard and property. This is REALLY important to me. I have left past pest control companies because of the failure to carry out this request and failure to see how important this is. If I could give 10 stars to this company I would. Absolutely professional, friendly and VERY knowledgeable about bugs. Not only did Mark exterminate for all of our bug problems, he explained the life cycle of the bugs and gave us feedback on how to prevent more from coming after they hatch. He was extremely professional and courteous, and insisted we call or text in 3 weeks to give him an update. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thanks, Mark
