I have spent countless $$$ over the last few years at this store but have had two bad experiences in a row. First, the Ace Hardware website lists the Sunday closing time as 6pm. I was very rudely treated when I showed up at 5pm and they wouldn't even hear me out about letting their owner's know about the bad info on the website. Second, they wouldn't even exchange some inexpensive plumbing parts towards a much larger purchase today. The receipt does say returns have to be within 30 days but who would think it includes exchanges? I was told that it is the owner's policy and there are no exceptions.
