Been a client of Golden Shears since the 80's and won't go anywhere else. Everyone is so nice and fun. The atmosphere is calming, and I've never regretted a cut! I get compliments on my hair often.
The studio is immaculately clean. Each station is kept by the stylist using it. There is a complete supply of products available for purchase. Men, women, and children of all ages are given excellent and individual service. All of the stylists are qualified and congenial with each other. There are complete phone and computer programs that contact you for appointment remiders.
I went to see Monica after being away for 2 years! It was nice to be able to tell Monica what I wanted her to do on my haircut after struggling with another place not following what I wanted done. Monica is just so friendly and understanding especially when I am so frustrated with my hair at times! Always giving me options of what can be done but not making me feel I have to do it that way. I have been with her for 10 years and never really had any issues.
