My puppy has been coming to daycare for a couple months now and I can tell she loves it bc when I pick her up she doesn’t want to leave! She loves the girls who work there and gets so excited when she goes in.
These are the reasons I love family pet retreat:
They have the dogs in their own rooms sometimes by themselves and usually with a couple roommates. Other daycares out all the dogs together with dozens of dogs in one room which leads to bad behavior and fights. Here they just stay with their roommates inside and outside which gives me peace of mind.
The hours and that they’re open on weekends.
The prices are the best in the area by far especially if you buy a package.
They are flexible and because of the system where your dog isn’t thrown in with dozens of other dogs, you can take your dog if they aren’t spayed/neutered and they will match them with same sex or altered dogs
Most importantly as I said above my dog seems to love it and the people there. So I feel very blessed to have found them!

Staff is really nice, they love dogs and you can tell. Our dog likes it when we drop him off, he has fun there and is well taken care of. We're very happy we have Family pet retreat to rely on! Thanks guys!! We only miss seeing a photo of Tycho there at the entrance! 😀

I tried Family Pet Retreat for the first time to board my 3 dogs all under 15lbs Wed.-Sunday July 4th week. I checked out 3 Pet Boarding places and I went with FPR after touring their facility. Very peaceful and quiet area with trees all around. The staff is very nice, facilities are clean and my 3 could be together in their own room. The prices were reasonable and they were close to my neighborhood. Win Win! Would definitely use them again!

This place always takes care of our senior pup Kabal. They are so gentle with him and he always comes home happy and satisfied! The staff is great with Kabal also. They always greet him at the door with rubs and kisses!

This is an amazingly well run family pet boarding facility. The Family Pet Retreat takes care of pets with love and kindness unlike any that I've seen. So it doesn't feel like a business but a second home where you can leave your pet knowing they will be well taken care of. My sweet GSD was there for a week. She showed no signed of distress and looked wonderful when I picked her up. They bathed her and brushed her so nicely. They have a secure area for the dogs to play and do their business. They have rooms for the dogs to sleep in if they're staying the night. They ask you how and when they are fed. They ask you for anything else that might make them feel more at home. They personalize your pets stay and make you feel at ease. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. We will definitely be back!! Thank you Family Pet Retreat!! Winter is looking forward to her next stay with you all

I was afraid at first with leaving milo anywhere since his a rescue dog. Milo has anxiety and scared at of people at first and will bark at anyone. My friend jasmine used to work here and recommend me here and I'm happy with that decision. Everyone is so welcoming and makes milo feel safe even if he does have anxiety sometimes they give him time for him to get to know them

I take my pups here every time I go on vacation and I can enjoy my stay out knowing they are being well taken care of! With picture up dates and seeing my pups with all smiles to picking them up from a fresh bath. And with boarding being very affordable is just a plus!
