Technician Hugo was courteous, efficient, prompt and thorough. I really appreciate how respectful he was. The job was finished in about 45 minutes to my satisfaction and beyond! I would also like to recognize and thank Brooke who answered the phone each and every time I contacted the business and treated me like family. She was so patient and kind and helpful. A huge part of a wonderful team of people helping customers stay cool and safe!
I called them around 5pm when I got home and my A/C was not working. Chris came out around 6:30 and spent 1.5 hours taking apart our system and diagnosing. He found a simple wiring issue and fixed it without charging us anything beyond the $49 service fee. Even after he fixed the issue and confirmed it was working, he went up into our attic just to make sure there were no other issues. I would highly recommend.
