We have been using Cruz for over 20 years now. They are honest and reliable.Our technician, Dylan Pesnell, was prepared to add 4 plus pounds of Freon-which as you know has skyrocketed at $210.00 per pound.He checked a couple things and told us it wasn’t leaking and full!Coils were clogged! He gave it a good bath and BOOM….we’re back in business!Dylan was extremely professional, honest and friendly

Dylan was fantastic! My neighbors home wasn’t cooling & he came out at 10 PM to fix it. He diagnosed the issue and replaced a part quickly & efficiently. The house went from 83 to 74 in a few hours, thank you Dylan! He was friendly & I would definitely call him again.Service: HVAC system repair

Additionally, we met one of the most outstanding, professional, and upstanding young man in Dylan Pesnell, that we’ve have encountered in many years. I’d like to highly RECOMMEND and briefly decribe our experience with both; Cruz A/C & Electric for their service, efficient turnaround time and communications we received.
