I was truely bumed out when my Mercedes C240 had for over a year, uncontrolled vibration and then the transmission began to slip. Other shops were not able to figure it out selling me struts etc. Spoke with Steve over the phone and he gave us the straight technical information needed to make the decision to bring it in. He first checked the trans level, conducte anaylysis of the fluid and gave options of in shop rebuild verses a new purchase of a refurbished transmission. I decided to have him check the car A-Z.
