I’ve been a client for around 15 years and today I realize that enough is enough. The owner didn’t want to accept the fact that they ruined 2 brand new pants.He told me so many excuses to justify the state of these 2 pants which that didn’t fix the problem. Besides also in the past they ruined so many buttons. He acted all nervous and raising his voice as an intimidation effect. It didn’t work on me. I started reading just now all previous reviews and people have similar experiences. So to my fellow neighbors avoid this place, they’ll ruin your clothes. As a friendly tip, take your clothes and money somewhere else.

After being a customer for about 15 year I realize today that my business is not important. I picked up a very expensive pair of slacks prior to this weekend only to find that they were ruined. The manager/owner made every excuse on why they were not liable. I am done bringing my business here!!

I've been coming here for a year or so, but as of today Sept 15, 2023 NEVER AGAIN!!!! I TOOL 3 SHIRTS TO BE DRY-CLEANED AND ALSO 1 OF THE SHIRTS NEEDED TO HAVE A SEAM SEWN (LESS THAN A MILLILITER IN SIZE). I WAS CHARGED $12.56 FOR ALL AND PAID AHEAD OF TIME. I THEN PICKED UP THE NEXT DAY AND ASKED WHY DID 3 SHIRTS COME UP TO $12.56?? SHE SAID IT SHOULD'VE BEEN $7.56. AND SAID I COULD COME IN ON SATURDAY AND TALK TO THE OWNER, I SAID WILL DO. ON MY WAY HOME SHE CALLS AND TELLS ME THE $5.00 CHARGE WAS FOR THE SHOTTY SO-CALLED SEAM FIX. I WAS LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS AND SHE SAID YOU WANT IT DONE, THAT'S WHAT WE CHARGE!
