Jabari was our service tech and was thorough and professional. He found issues in our system and was quick to offer several solutions. The discount we received on the drain pan we needed that was rusted out paid for half our subscription service with C&N. My wife signed us up and I wasn’t really on board, but we’re very happy with the service and Jabari changed my mind on the value we’re getting.
The technician was prompt and kind. Didn’t try to sell me anything else and easily was able to look up my warranty information to save me money on the repairs. They also came out quickly when I called which I greatly appreciated on a hot day in Houston with no AC!
