The staff was polite, very professional. The Dr Ghai, was exceptional. I had been a dental assistant for 30yrs and didn’t have a problem with assisting all of our patients, however when it comes to me on the receiving end it’s a entirely different story??♀️She was very patient with me throughout the process of that extraction. I think I may have found my new dental home.
I was lied to when I called and made the appointment. I was told they would do the exam, xrays, clean my husband's teeth, & possibly do work that needed done during that appointment. All they did was xrays & the exam. When I said I was told they would clean his teeth when the appointment was made the dentist said no the dental hygienist is booked up & we would have to make other appointments for the cleaning & the other work that needed done. I was lied to so that I would book the appointment. Not very happy with them.
I was greeted by the receptionist as soon as I walked in the door. I did not have an appointment for that day. It was supposed to be for the following week however, accommodations were made that I could go ahead and have the dental work done everyone in the office staff exceeded my expectations & was very pleased with work that was done. Thank You
