Bill did a great job with my inspection. I live in another state and Bill was great coordinating with myself and the seller to get the inspection done. His inspection was thorough and covered everything I needed to know about my potential RV purchase. He not only provided me with the report but also answered all my questions. I can not recommend him enough.

Service was excellent. Billy was on time and professional. He replaced my rv ac in less than an hour. All of my questions got answered. His prices were fair for the work that was done. I will definitely use him for future issues.

Bill was able to fit my inspection in last minute, and thank goodness, because it was a complete piece of crap and the dealership (DeMontrand) and sales guy (Shane Harris) kept telling me it was in great condition (without even performing their own basic PDI). If it wasn't for Bill, I would have spent $65k on a lemon. Bill also spent a lot of time helping us and explaining and answering all of our questions, writing a complete 101 page report! He was thorough and patient, and I am extremely grateful. Definitely 5 stars and don't hesitate, because you can not trust dealerships AT ALL!
