I cannot express the level of care I received tonight from this hospital. Not only did they move super quickly to take care of my baby, they let me voice every concern that I had and took time with me to give me a peace of mind. Luckily, we did have a "false alarm" but, they still took the time to tell me what to look out for. I have never been helped by someone so caring and helpful. Thank you for all of your kindness tonight!! If I could give more stars... I would.
Exceptional service! I want to write this review while my emotions are high. My darling cat had a heart failure early this morning and I brought him over to the BluePearl Pet Hospital for evaluation. From the moment I stepped in I was taken care of on the highest possible level. Unfortunately, my Benny did not make it and I had to say goodbye to him. Compassion, care, understanding, and empathy from everyone who cared for Benny this morning were above any expectations. I had other cats that were older and left us a while ago and never we were treated in a such royal way. Superb care, knowledgeable doctors, and phenomenal service over all. Special shout out to Emma, she is truly amazing. And I use that word about once every 10 years. She did a great job taking care of my Puppy Warrior.
