I brought my HP laptop to him and was told there was no virus on it. I called the next day when it was acting strange again and was scolded by the owner for questioning him. I then took it to Best Buy and THERE WAS A VIRUS !! Beware of this shop!!! i paid for NOTHING! Money wasted! When he charged me a mere $130 abs had it complete the next day I knew it was too good to be true! Idk how he missed this virus but the Geeks at Best Buy found it and removed it!!! When I requested a refund I was ignored!! Run from this place! He can't even detect a virus on a computer nor can he take being questioned! HES A HACK!

Computer Repair. My computer needed repair again and I took it to "Northrock" computer repair on Louetta only to find out it they had left and Stan, Computer Concepts took over. He repaired my tablet perfectly and only charged me a welcome price price of $35. Today, one of my other computers had a problem and he spend 30 minutes on the phone with me, AT NO CHARGE, and fixed it. He is an honest guy, and I recommend him highly for everybody's computer needs.
