“This place has been a blessing! I was afraid to start CrossFit again after almost 2 years off. However, Coach Alex took the time on the phone to answer all questions and immediately made me feel like my time and questions were important. He recommended foundations class due to the time away and I’m glad he did! I learned so much new information and have a better grasp of technique and mindset than I did before. The members are welcoming and I did not feel like “the new guy” like I was afraid I would. The gym is the perfect size: big enough to have the equipment and room to work out, but small enough to feel personal with the members and coaches rather than “another number.” The coaches say fitness is a journey, not a destination and that mindset helps. The focus here is getting better rather than lifting more weight. I’m happy to have found this place and would recommend ANYONE of ANY fitness level to try it out!“
