Appt-maker John is the best! He has a delightful and helpful attitude which is every much appreciated on a Monday morning at 8:04 when trying to make an appt with countless others. Dr. Nicola is so intelligent, has such great bedside-manner, and works diligently with patients in finding solutions. His specialist referrals are top-notch. Dr. Hoeffer also cares a great deal, is easy to talk with, and is results-oriented for his patients also.
I must say everyone that works both at the spring branch office and canyon lake office are the GREATEST people I know. They are the nicest sweetest and most caring people we know and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for being so caring of their patients and some. I recommend these clinics to all out here in the hill country god bless them all for being so GREAT!! ♥️
Not sure how the rating is so low, this office is amazing! I was bummed at first bc it's 30 mins from home but the only place I could find where I didn't have to jump through hoops and wait a month or more to establish care, but I'm glad I found them and the drive is so worth it. We even made sure our new health insurance would cover them as our family PCP! (Just to clarify, Lisa Boone and Dr. Hoefer have been the fantastic providers here for us!)
