We recently adopted a pitbull rescue pup, Stella Blue, from the streets of Houston. She was emaciated and mistreated and we wanted to give her a forever home. However, as a puppy who was taken from her mom early she did not have many manners. She loved to play rough, including using her mouth a lot. We could not keep up with her energy so we took her to Galaxy for day care. She loved it! They started her off slowly and then worked her up to the big yard. She used to be nervous in the car but now she is excited since she knows we are headed to day care. We also used them to board her for a few days and were impressed by how the staff loved on her.
I’ve had both my cats there twice and so far so good! The staff are all very kind and you can tell they all love animals. It’s a great place for cats, because they offer larger enclosures than any other place I’ve seen. Plus if your cats like to be together they can stay in the same enclosure and still have plenty of room.
We absolutely LOVE this place! They are all so very kind to us and more importantly, our fur baby!! We have always seen them love on our dog and be so sweet and tender with her. They work very hard to ensure they keep our dog paired with other dogs of her size or nature to ensure she stays safe. And our dog truly loves going here - we take her about twice a week for daycare. She is excited to go and sometimes doesn't want to leave when we pick her up (we are VERY good to our dog but she loves being there!)
