I've had 10 years of calling in air conditioner repair, replacement parts, full install, and annual maintenance. I wish I known about JB Aire sooner. Their service, professionalism, attention to detail, and competence is beyond comparison. Cameron was impressively knowledgeable and meticulous. He was thorough in explaining the "what, how, and why" of the full service/cost before proceeding. Cameron and his young apprentice came prepared and equipped to solve my issues, as a result of the thorough surveying during the appointment scheduling. Our AC quit working not long after our old reliable HVAC repairman had retired. A few requests for recommendations led to JB Aire. I gave them a call and was not disappointed. They were responsive and courteous. Surprisingly, they actually listened to me explain the symptoms. Seth and Cameron were beyond able and courteous. (If I owned an HVAC company, I would definitely be looking to poach these men.) The repair was fast and reasonably priced. Thank you for your help.
