The Technicians were very professional and explained what was not working correctly. They explained the needed parts would fix my unit and would cost to repairs. I agreed with them and they installed a new unit at about the same price as it would cost to repairs would. I am very satisfied with the work and price. Ray Anderson.
American Heating and Air installed an AC/Heating unit/ and new ductwork a few years ago. There was no high pressure sales and their prices were the best in the Houston area. They call and remind me about yearly maintenance and have good pricing. The technician is always on time and is very professional. I had American H&A come to do an A/C tune up to my salon. The service tech Rusty called to let me know he was on his way, once he arrived got to work and checked everything. Took time to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable about his skill. Gave good recommendations without any pressure to do it immediately.
