Great staff that clearly cares about your animal. Were able to get us in on very short notice to check out our pup. Fees seemed very fair in comparison to some of the other local vets.
Was very impressed how professional and efficient the staff was. You can tell they really care for the well-being of your pet. Plus their facility is very clean, and each exam room has a different theme.
We moved here in 2020 and saw Dr Heidi at Lakeway Vet until this month when we heard she left and they are no longer an emergency clinic. We needed to get our pup to a vet and had heard about Spicewood vet in other posts. We called and they got us in same day for a suspected UTI. Turns out it was negative but the experience there was amazing. From the front desk, to the tech, to the doctor, I give them 5 stars all around. Cannot say enough good things about this practice. They called me next day to check on Noodles and then the doctor called to give me results and ask if I had any questions. The office is immaculate which is just another positive.
