Spicewood Vet Clinic & Mobile Care is a full-service animal hospital that provides clinic and house call appointments. The veterinarians welcome pet patients needing routine medical, surgical, and dental care, as well as emergency treatment cases. They also offer canine reproduction services and more. The staff is known for being great and genuinely caring about the animals. Clients appreciate the ability to get same-day appointments, and the fees are considered very fair compared to other local vets. The facility is very clean, with each exam room featuring a unique theme, and the staff is praised for their professionalism and efficiency.
Clients who have switched to Spicewood Vet Clinic report high satisfaction with the amazing experiences they have had, from the front desk to the veterinarians. Many have shared positive stories, including a client who brought in a stray cat named Ginger for help. Although unfortunately unable to save him, the staff provided compassion and clear explanations during a difficult time. This same client now trusts Spicewood Vet Clinic as the main vet care for their two dogs, Lyla and Sugarbear, who are always happy to visit Dr. Morgan.
The clinic offers great services, with affordable spay and neuter procedures and thorough explanations that are easy to understand. The clean and tidy environment, along with beautiful and comfortable exam rooms, contributes to a positive experience. Overall, clients feel grateful to have found this compassionate and accommodating vet clinic, which they regard as the best in the Austin area.
Dr.Coco and Alyssa were extremely helpful in a time of crisis for my dog. They were so calm and friendly to not only my dog, but to me who was (of course) distraught over the Saturday morning situation. They knew exactly what to do and had my dog in and out quickly, efficiently, and in a manner that made me feel like it was their own dog they were treating. I’d highly recommend Dr. Coco and her team not just for urgent needs but for everything!
I recently moved to the Austin area near Bee Cave/Lakeway area. I searched for a veterinary office by going to approximately six different veterinary offices, at times speaking to the manager of the office or office staff and sometimes being allowed to get a tour of the facilities. I also solicited recommendations via social media, word of mouth, etc.
I have been a pet owner for over 40 years (14 dogs and cats total), professionally trained dogs for approximately 38 years, had three police service dogs one of which was also a drug dog, one search and rescue dog that was an area search/cadaver dog and a cat owner (5 cats) for approximately 34 years.

The best staff; office, techs, and doctors!!
They stagger appointments so other animals are not in the lobby. This helps with the stress of going for your animal and their owner❣
