I had not been into an Ulta since 2017. This store has wonderful customer service. I had cataract surgery and don’t wear glasses anymore, so I’m wearing eye makeup for the first time in years. A sales lady named Fozia helped me pick out some better products and the store manager, Jaime, placed a special order for me. This is the best Ulta I’ve ever been to.
I had a keratin treatment before a trip, but after washing my hair, I realized it didn’t relax as much as usual. I called the salon, and the manager, Jamarys, contacted me the same day. She listened carefully, was very customer-service focused, and recommended waiting on a redo to avoid damaging my hair. Instead, she suggested a mask treatment to restore moisture before my trip, and it worked beautifully. She truly saved the day with her care and problem-solving. I’ll still be going back for the keratin redo in a few days.
Following a terrible problem with my hair services, Southlake Salon Manager Jamarys provided outstanding service and follow up. Due to her ongoing actions, a major problem has resulted in a successful experience. After the initial appointment, Jamarys arranged for me to see senior stylist Brandon. He properly applied color to a lovely blonde while aptly covering root growth, and cleaned up the cut as much as possible.
