Lifesaver!! My husband's iPhone fell off the back of his truck at Buc-ee's at 35W access road. Someone flagged us down and told us. We circled back and got the SOS crash notification on family's phones. It got run over. Had a Defender case and screen protector. Att said to take it here for repair. 3:45pm on a Sunday. She was super helpful. Said she would do her best. 50/50 chance. We showed up at 4:45 and she was wrapping up. SHE FIXED IT!! She is so sweet too!!

Jake was great to work with. He was quick, efficient, and explained everything clearly without rushing or overcomplicating it. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Definitely recommend asking for Jake if you need a repair done right!!

I got a Surface Pro screen replaced on 8/11/2025. It took 3 weeks for the part to arrive (not their fault) I picked up the tablet today and the screen looks great but there is an occlusion (outward dent) on the frame that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. I asked about it and the lady at the front desk proceeded to gaslight me that it was there prior to me dropping it off. I was reminded of a lesson I had long forgotten. Always take pictures of your property when you leave it with others... They gave a 40% discount for the delay on the part so I decided not to press the issue. It's why they have 4 stars instead of 3. The repair is solid, they answered the phone everytime...read full review
