Doug is great and will go above and beyond to get your roofing needs taken care of. I had a lot of issues with my insurance company and he was very helpful with helping me understand the process. I had my entire roof replaced and it looks amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone that needs their roof repaired or replaced.
Can’t say enough good things about Storm Force Roofing and my representative Cade. They stick with you and are very reassuring even when the financial/insurance process is long and hard. Finally got an upgraded roof and it looks great. The crew was timely, & friendly. They wrapped all bushes and grass around the entire house before tearing off old roof to make debris cleanup easy and did thorough sweeps during and after for roof nails. Also had a second crew do repairs on a patio soffit which included repairing some footers. This turned out excellent as well. Hire them! They are a five star roofing and construction company in my book!
I had an outstanding experience working with Kristena from Storm Force Roof. She came out to inspect my roof and actually encouraged me to climb up with her so she could walk me through everything in detail. She showed me exactly what was damaged, explained what needed to be repaired, and answered all of my questions without any pressure.
What really impressed me was how she handled the insurance process. She worked directly with my insurance company and helped make sure everything was taken care of, which ultimately resulted in me getting a brand-new roof.
