This nail salon is a "gem" in Southlake. It's not overly fancy, but they do the BEST JOB for the price in the area. All the techs are meticulous. My favorite part is they aren't stingy on massages for your pedicure. Other places set a timer, but they are so generous with their time. I've gone here 3 years and don't plan on going anywhere else. PS If you have a problem, they are more than willing to fix it for free. I've never had an issue with repairs.
I have been going here for close to 11 years. They give the absolute best pedicures I have had, and I spend time outside of Texas too. However, the last 2 times I have had a manicure, the product came off. The first was the dip acrylic, and two nails actually popped off altogether. One came off on day three. I was hesitant to spend so much again, so one week later, I got a simple manicure. The polish was chipping in one day. There must be something wrong with the current products.
It was an okay experience. The gentleman who did my nails was very nice but they overcharge. The lady who initially started doing my nails was being rude saying my nail bed was crooked just so she didn't have to keep re doing. The man who took over did a great job and really tried to make me happy.
