Milan nail spa is the absolute best! Chelsea has been doing my nails for about 5 years now and she always does an amazing job and she truly cares about her clients. Her sister UT does my daughter’s nails and she’s such a talented artist! Everyone at Milan treats us like family… they are kind, hard working and professional.

I am not one to leave reviews often but this experience deserves one. I hope nobody else spends their hard earned money on this establishment. I went in to get my nails done before a wedding event. Chelsea suggested I do dip powder instead of acrylic because it is better for your nails. I asked if they are as durable due to my nails being easily susceptible to lifting. She assured me she gives a 2 week warranty on her nails and that if any were broken or messed up I could go in and have them fixed. 1 week after I got my nails done, 1 broken in half, and 2 were lifting. I went back to have them fixed, and Chelsea explained with dip they cannot be “filled” she offered to fix the broken one but since multiple were also lifting, I opted to get a new set so that they would HOPEFULLY last longer. I paid full price for the new set and went on my way. One day after getting them redone and being told I got my cuticles cut for free (which I didn’t ask for and it takes 5 seconds) I called back asking to be refunded since clearly these nails were not going to work for me. I was told to go back in (Milan is a 45 minute drive from my house) to get it fixed. I explained that I preferred a refund on the nails I just paid for yesterday rather than spending more time and gas money to go have it fixed for it to again break. After asking very nicely and trying to work with Chelsea, she called me and was extremely rude on the phone and said if everyone was like me she wouldn’t have a job. Even though I spend my hard earned money to pay over 50$ to have my nails done for a little more than a day I would expect. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and client care.

I have been coming here since highschool (10+ years) I will never go anywhere else. Service is immaculate & the end results of both manicure and pedicure are sublime! The whole team is amazing 10/10 recommend yall!
