Had to be convinced into cryo, but once I started I couldnt stop! My acne disapeared, my mood and enery levels began rising, and my chronic shoulder pain became a dull ache. I highly suggest for anyone who can spend the money

Highly recommend! The owners and staff are incredibly welcoming and genuinely nice people who really care about their clients' wellness. The cryotherapy chamber is awesome - it leaves me feeling incredibly energized and has been fantastic for muscle recovery after workouts. I notice a significant difference in how I feel afterward. I also recommend the leg compression therapy. It's a great complement to the other services and really helps with circulation. If you're looking for effective wellness treatments, this is your place.
