Harry Hayes is the most unprofessional realtor I have dealt with. We set up a time to see a home (2:30pm). I drove 40 minutes to get there, arrived at 2:15pm, messaged him at 2:25pm, called him at 2:35pm and he was still 15-20 minutes away! He said he thought the showing was at 3pm (there are texts to prove it was 2:30pm). I said I was not going to wait and he had the audacity to ask if I wanted to reschedule! Will never use this office again.

I have only just begun working with this agency and Jill Smalley in particular. This office is well run and very professional. From the start, Jill was informed that I was probably up to three months away due to an investment. She didn't stall me or suggest that she call within a few weeks of my three month delay. Jill embraced my call and we started on minor issues at first. We then progressed to a point that she knew as much about what I wanted as I did. Jill professionally probed my desires and helped me recognize the area and type of home I wanted. I have full confidence in Jill and her office staff that once begun, it will be a smooth and seamless event!

Purchased a home through this company less than a year ago with "normal settling" in the foundation. Several thousand dollars and some visits from structural engineers and home inspectors noted obvious attempts to cosmetically hide the damage before the sale of the home. Be very wary when using working with RE/MAX Trinity and perform secondary validation on ANY business you plan on doing with this company.
