I have only just begun working with this agency and Jill Smalley in particular. This office is well run and very professional. From the start, Jill was informed that I was probably up to three months away due to an investment. She didn't stall me or suggest that she call within a few weeks of my three month delay. Jill embraced my call and we started on minor issues at first. We then progressed to a point that she knew as much about what I wanted as I did. Jill professionally probed my desires and helped me recognize the area and type of home I wanted.
