“What an AMAZING experience with this place. I never wanted to miss my appts. My OT Dhardielle (Dell) was INCREDIBLE! Not only did she help me heal, she taught me about my injury and whenever I had questions she answered with so much knowledge. You can truly tell how much she loves her job. I enjoyed all the staff. Gaylee at the front desk, what a gem! Remembered my name each time! Kaylie and the other two helpers to Dell were so personable and I enjoyed working with everyone. You can't go wrong if you ask for Dell if you're in need of an OT. I'll be doing my other hand later and you can bet I'll be working with her again.”
“I called with a very particular request for a certain kind of pt. Shelby was very helpful and although they don't offer that type of pt, she quickly found a suitable resource and put me in touch with someone who does. The other two places I called previously didn't offer any help in that regard. I appreciate her going the extra mile even though i would not be their patient at this time.”
