Shelby was very helpful and although they don't offer that type of pt, she quickly found a suitable resource and put me in touch with someone who does. “I had the best experience possible at Texas Star Rehab. I came here post surgery for both my ACL and MCL which were newly reconstructed. I was in an extremely tough position, in lots of pain and terrified. Rushi and Ami were amazing and took great care of me. Rushi has exceptional skills and knowledge as it related to my knee rehab and worked his magic using a variety of methods and exercises for the next 4 weeks to get me to a much much better place. With all the care and help I got, I improved significantly. You can tell that Rushi and Ami are the type of people who truly care about your well being and have spent a lot of time learning the skills needed to allow me and others to continue to be able to have a high quality of life. “I was referred to Jeff by a friend who is also a director of PT. I have had disk replacement in my neck and was having debilitating migraines and neck pain. I was very skeptical and had tried multiple things - massage, heat, ice. Stretch, physician visits etc. after one office visit , he was able to pinpoint exactly what the problem was. I was shocked and amazed that the tools and techniques he used within the session 100 percent relieved all my discomfort. I was given exercises and ways to relieve the source of pain that were effective. His office staff is very friendly and he has a genuinely caring and compassionate approach. “I saw Dr Bortnick for PT related to a neck surgery. We went through many exercises and homework to restore neck muscles. She was very thorough in our interview process asking all kinds of questions. Because of interview process she was able to also identify two other areas I could benefit from some treatment. One was working with my vestibular system to restore balance and reduces dizziness. Again she did testing and a very thorough interview about my history related to my vestibular system. Again she gave me homework to strengthen my vestibular system. Second she introduced me to Nasal Release Technic. Although a little uncomfortable during the procedure the end result greatly increased my ability to breath wide open. I had this procedure done 3 times, each time the end result was I felt my sinuses wide open felt great! I would highly recommend the procedure! I am so grateful to have Dr Bortnick on my team for treatment! I highly recommend her!“
