I used to love this office. They were on top of things and I never had problems. I have been a patient here for well over 10 years and had referred multiple friends and family. Having said that there has been a dramatic change. My last 3 visits there have been issues. It started when the got a new front desk girl. But there have been multiple issues since. It is no wonder that a once "Top Doc" office is closing. Its disappointing for someone who tries their hardest not to change medical providers.

Update: I got home tonight to find they didn't return my CPAP SD card in my machine. This just further makes up my mind after being skipped this morning for my appointment time while I waited in the patient room to tonight having to buy a replacement card. After more than a decade I will be changing providers.

I was referred to the Southlake office. It was about 6 weeks from when I called until I could get an appointment. I was told that it would be about a week to get my home test. Turns out it could not be scheduled for over 2 months.

Have been there 3 times and have never seen a doctor. Just PAs and technicians.

I started this process in May and my equipment was just delivered (9/26). I have tried to call multiple times to set a follow up but I have left messages. No returned call yet.

My experience overall is that no one answers the phone. Need to leave messages that are mostly not returned.

The people that I did see in the office were helpful. However, everyone seemed very rushed or overwhelmed with work. They definitely need more staff handling scheduling, answering phones and at the front desk.

The processes they have seem inefficient and could be improved easily.

If you don't mind waiting a month+ for an appointment, a month+ for a home test kit, and a month+ for a Cpap, this is the place for you.

No respect for my time. Worst experience EVER ! Stay far away from this location. Front office worker was great! But after that, it went down hill. I arrived early for a scheduled appointment that was scheduled almost 2 months ago. (That should have been my first clue that it was going to be terrible). My PCP referred me to this place. After checking in and waited 10 mins, I then was brought back by nurse who took my vitals, asked a few questions and said, Dr will be right in. As I waited, 10 mins, 15 mins went by. I started hearing people talking and sounds as they were leaving the office (walls are thin). I could hear door chimes. 20 mins, still no Dr or Nurse. (At least check up on me and explain why there was no Dr yet. but NO!, nothing) 30 mins went by and it got really quiet, 50 mins later, I was not having it. YOU WASTED MY TIME today !!. grabbed my items opened the door. Looked around and no one was around so I walked to the front desk. I told receptionist, I'm leaving, and with a shocked look on her face, she asked if I was seen by anyone.. I said NO, no one came in or checked up on me. She asked for my name and I walked out the door. Never had this bad of an experience. I hope anyone reading this realize, this is not the place to go !!!!! Don't waste your time, because, they wont respect your time.

When I expressed concerns to Ms. Thomas she was very quick & kind to reassure me. I appreciate her direct and honest approach while also being understanding and sympathetic to my questions.

My primary care physician referred me to this clinic. While making the initial appointment and scheduling my sleep study was fast, communication after the appointment was very difficult.

Let’s start from the beginning1. It was very hard to make my very first appointment.2. Made the appointment with I believe the PA.3. Did the at home sleep kit and turned it in.4, came in for results and a man came in not introducing himself and didn’t even say hello, he just went straight to the results. I was very confused if he was the doctor or not. Once I realized that he was the doctor, he gave me a copy of my results and started reading them. The only thing that was correct was my name, the date of birth, age, and gender was wrong. How do I know if those were actually my results..

I have been seeing Dr. O for five years and he always takes his time to make sure all my questions are answered and his office staff is great.

I normally don't write reviews but felt compelled after the single worst experience at a medical provider in my life. If you are reading this, find ANY other provider than go to this absolute dump.The woman Makeba Thomas, the RN at NTL&S, is by far the single most incompetent and preposterous person I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with in a medical environment.I went in to get a document so insurance would pay for some equipment. I asked her if she had had done this before with insurance, and she said no. When I proceeded to give her the 3 very basic details I needed the document to contain, she started yelling at the top of her lungs "PLEASE, PLEASE, LET ME DO MY JOB - I AM THE PROVIDER YOU ARE THE PATIENT!" She went from 0-60 in 5 seconds, literally shouting at the top of her lungs at me. Something is very, very wrong with this woman.After several minutes of her typing on the computer, she then looked at me as if nothing happened, and asked me the very same question I had just given her the details for. Absolutely astounding that a human being would act this way.I am just one of dozens of comments urging you to seek treatment elsewhere - this place is an absolute joke. You deserve better! We ALL deserve better than Makeba Thomas & NTS&L!!
